  • Certificate III in Hospitality Operations

“I attended the Certificate III in Hospitality course in March 2016 at Club Central in a group environment of 10 other employees from both clubs. It was conducted over 1 nightly session of 3 hours where the trainer comprehensively explained the course on what standards/regulations were expected. We sat a written test of approximately 50 questions that was later marked. We were then observed while completing a shift and we attained our certificates. “I joined Club Central in 2011 as a Bar and Gaming Attendant. I was initially very apprehensive by the prospect of having to work in an industry where my level of experience was very limited. Yet during my time at Club Central I have gained an insight into the Hospitality Industry, was given the opportunity to complete a Gaming Cadetship and now I am working as a Gaming Analyst for both sites. The club has allowed me to educate myself on the industry and further develop my career.
