Meet our Head Chef, Harry!
Harry joined the Club Central team in July 2021 with over 20 years’ experience in the food industry. He is the Head Chef for all food venues at Club Central including Central Cucina, Above 8 Rooftop Bar & Lounge and Southern Sydney Event Centre. Through extensive collaboration Harry was able to design unique and authentic flavours, tailor-made menus each food venue across Club Central.
Harry’s love for different cultures and desire to experience new flavours drove the motivation behind creating an everchanging international street food section for Central Cucina. As his aim was to take each person on an exciting journey throughout the world. Another strong inspiration behind some of the dishes is Harry’s love for European flavours. From fresh pasta to an exclusive éclair range, Central Cucina’s menu has a rich Italian and French influence.
Meet our Demi Chef, My!
My joined the Club Central team 5 months ago as a Demi Chef. My works extremely close with our Head Chef Harry and ensures all meals are delivered with the highest quality. She also works across most of the ICC group venues including Club Central Hurstville, Southern Sydney Event Centre, and Hotel Mountain Heritage.
My has a strong passion and love for all things food – in her spare time, you will find her either cooking at home or trying new cuisines and restaurants. When she’s not cooking or eating out, she is a full-time mother is to three cats, and their names are Ferguson, Boo Boo and Stewy.
