To be considered for a role with us, there are a few must haves. The first is a current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) and Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) competency card. The second is a thirst for delivering outstanding customer service. Whilst ever there are other venues offering the same beer, poker machines and perhaps similar entertainment, we must offer something different. We are of the very firm belief that it will be our people that make the difference to the experiences of our members and guests.
As a frontline staff member you can expect:
- full on the job training with some classroom sessions,
- regular competency audits to fine tune your skills
- On average, a frontline staff member will receive 15-20 hours per week. This can fluctuate depending on your availability. We love people with lots of availability as it allows us to offer you a wide range of shifts across days nights and weekends.
